Dew or Dew Not. There is no Sprite.
Or at least sometimes I wish there wasn't. See, when you are in the mood for a Mountain Dew, a Sprite just doesn't cut it. Too sweet. Too fizzy. Not tropical enough. And apparently Subway stores serve Coke products. Has this always been the case? I have a memory of drinking Mountain Dew while eating Subway.

CONCLUSION:
Today's Subway visit did not enhance my Saturday afternoon at the office as much as I was hoping it would. They sold me a Sprite.

This was a recent switch by Subway, who used to serve Pepsi products. The switch has me considering starting my own Subway franchise.
Devastating news. I hope this outcome wasn't the product of some improved customer service.
Actually, I'm fine with Coke products other than they should also serve Mountain Dew.
My maternal grandfather was a big Mountain Dew drinker. I have many fond memories of chugging cans of Mountain Dew whilst bobbing around Lake Norfork in northwest Arkansas when I was around 11 years old. To me, the taste of Mountain Dew carries with it a nostalgia for plastic worm smell.
Don't you blaspheme in here.
Mountain Dew is the finest softdrink product on the market.
There are many pretenders to the Mtn. Dew throne, but there are no other drinks that are as good.
I am in complete agreement with the esteemed Bevington. The only thing that will give me pause when choosing my soda of choice is Vanilla Coke.
Give me a Vanilla Coke and a Mountain Dew and there is nothing I cannot accomplish.
BTW, Sprite isn't even as good as 7-up. Sprite sucks. You should have gone for wild cherry pepsi, or even Root Beer would have been a better choice. Or even that crap-ass psuedo sports drink shite that they swill in there.
I made a mistake. It happens. I wanted a Mountain Dew. A cola product was not an acceptable option. Root beer would probably have been better than Sprite.
But note that one point is Subway now carries Coke products, so cherry pepsi was not available.
These are difficult times we're in.
OH yeah. DUH.
I haven't noticed, b/c I don't drink much soda these days.
Lactate thresholds and all.....
