Peter Schiff is a Modern Day Cassandra

I was supposed to read a book about Cassandra (who was cursed by Apollo to have none of her predictions, which were accurate, believed)) in a German literature course I took in college. I never read the book, but I do know about Cassandra's destiny.

Peter Schiff is one of a handful of folks playing the part of Cassandra these days.

Compromise is deadly here (as it is in so many instances; see, e.g., Elijah from the Bible). But "compromise" is what we are probably destined to get.
